GCC is owned by M/s GCC Hotels Pvt Ltd ( formerly known as Saini Hotels Pvt Ltd ) a private limited company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act.The Directors of the company are- Mr Vijay Saini (MD) a graduate from the IHM Mumbai 1978 batch, Mr Ajay Saini, a graduate from IHM Mumbai 1983 batch, Mrs Kiran Saini, graduate in commerce and law and Mrs Anita Saini, graduate in commerce and marketing.
