A GCC Conference is a blend of warm interiors, latest technology, gourmet catering, comfortable accommodation and convenient location. It is part of the GCC Club, an exclusive ‘Members Only’ club with sprawling sports and recreational facilities. It is located at Mira Road, the fast developing satellite township of Mumbai, just 2 kms from Mumbai City limits.

GCC offers Fifteen Conference Halls and one Board Room, equipped with LCD projector, audio, screen, white board, soft boards, central ac, generator backup and exclusive dinning area for conference guests. Having 51 guest rooms and 40 apartments we can accommodate around 250 participants.

DAY CONFERENCE

A typical day conference is 9 am. to 5 pm. session and includes breakfast, mid morning tea/ coffee / biscuits,veg / non-veg lunch and evening tea /coffee /biscuits.

RESIDENTIAL CONFERENCE

GCC offers a choice of occupancy options for your varied residential conference needs. From single, double or triple in guest rooms accommodating two in each room in apartments.

Typical format include breakfast, mid morning tea /coffee/ biscuits, veg / non – veg lunch, evening tea /coffee /biscuits, high tea and dinner. Electric tea kettle in every room enables any time tea /coffee for candidates. A gala dinner is normally arranged on the penultimate night of conference.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rates subject to change, please check with us for current rates.
2. The package rate shall be billed separately for Food, Service and Accommodation. Taxes will be charged as applicable.
3. Billing shall be done as per guarantee / confirmed guest rooms Apartment bookings, irrespective of late check-ins and early check-outs.
4. In case of arrival of lesser no of guests, billing shall be done as per the guarantee / confirmed booking of guest rooms / apartments.
5. In case arrival of additional guests, additional guest room apartment will be provided subjected to availability, otherwise extra beds will be provided.
6. The hall rent will be charged for conference below 16 pax.
7. Participants staying beyond the conference dates or early check-in, shall be billed as per room occupancy status.
8. 50% of the estimated bill is payable in advance if the total billing is above Rs. 5 lacs.
9. 50% of estimated bill is payable if the conference is canceled postponed within 15 days from the confirmed date.
10. Airport transfers / pickups or drops shall be charged on actual.
11. Laundry charges is Rs. 50/- per pair of clothes.
12. For separate dining additional Rs. 50/- per guest shall be charged.
13. For separate tea service additional Rs. 30/- per guest shall be charged.
14. Additional Starters or any additional dishes will be charged as per actual.
15. Dining in Kesario, the pure veg. Thali Restaurant is arranged at no extra cost on advance request.
16. The conference hall will be allotted as per the number of guests attending conference.
